convenient location a highlight

the hotel was quite modern it was located near the v&a waterfront which was very helpful i could walk there in about ten minutes or take the free shuttle it ran every hour the staff seemed both friendly and helpful i used the spa and gym those areas were not crowded.

breakfast offered many choices and the food tasted very good there were several options it seemed plentiful most mornings i found the dining area very clean and accessible it was well staffed.

Really good Stay, A Detailed Overview

My room was spacious. The bathroom included a tub as well as a separate shower stall with both handheld and rain head options. Breakfast featured a wide selection, including a kids section, gluten-free choices, oysters, and sparkling wine (a very nice touch). There were options to sit indoors or outdoors for breakfast. I observed pods of dolphins swimming by. A free shuttle runs to the shopping mall and waterfront hourly until around 10 pm.
I experienced a slight delay checking in. I had to inquire five times before my room was ready around 3:15 pm, even though the hotel was informed of my arrival time in advance.

The hotel offers a 24-hour gym. There is also a spa available . A gift shop is located within the premises. It provides various souvenirs and necessities. Security is ensured with a guard and booth at the entrance.

Breakfast includes fresh, high-quality options, beautifully presented (especially the fresh fruit selection). There are various seating arrangements, both inside and outside. The outdoor area allows for dolphin watching during breakfast. Room service is available, including a menu with diverse options.

My room featured a partial ocean view and a glimpse of a ferris wheel. I could also hear the sound of the ocean from my room. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed a good night's rest. Sunrise views from the rooms were amazing.
